How do I place an order in the online store?
To place an order in the online store, you need to:
1. Select the desired products and add them to the cart using the “Buy” button.
2. Go to the shopping cart. Check the correctness of the displayed order. If everything is correct, click the “Place an order” button. If you want to change the number of products, use the “+” or “-“ signs.
3. Fill out the special form offered by the system and click the “Place an order” button (If you are a registered buyer, go to the appropriate tab and place an order through your personal account).
Attention! Before placing an order, we recommend that you register in the online store. This will provide you with more benefits.

How long does the order take to complete?
The order is shipped within five business days after payment. The number of the letter (parcel) will be sent to you by email (for registered users) or phone.

Is it possible to make purchases in the online store without registration?
Yes, of course. However, when choosing a purchase without registration, it is not possible to check the order history, see the status of the order (at what stage of execution it is). For the next orders, you will have to fill in the delivery data again. In addition, it is not possible to add products to the “Favorites” and “Waiting” lists. Therefore, we recommend signing up to get more benefits and save your time.

Are all the products offered in the online store available?
You can purchase all the goods that are in stock. If “Out of stock” is indicated opposite a certain item, it means that it is not in stock at the moment. But you can click on the link “Inform when it appears” and, when this item appears in the warehouse, you will receive an e-mail message.

What is the minimum order amount in the online store?
In our online store you can order any number of products for any amount.

How can I check the order completion status?
You can check the status of the order in your personal account (for registered users) in the “Orders” section. Information can also be obtained by e-mail: sales@philately.space by specifying your order number in the e-mail.

How can I make changes to an order or cancel it?
If you wish to make changes to the order or cancel it, please contact us by e-mail on the day of order creation: sales@philately.space or delete it in your personal account.

Why is it that when ordering several items, I get a shipping fee added every time?
If you are billed for delivery every time you order goods, this means that you place an order immediately as soon as you have added one item to the cart. To prevent this from happening, you need to add all the products that you are interested in to the cart, and only after that place an order.

If there is no item in the online store, can I order it?
Yes, you can contact us by e-mail: sales@philately.space and we will try to find the right product for you.

What should I do if the product arrived in a damaged condition?
If you receive a damaged product, please notify us by e-mail.
